There are a fair few decent restaurants in Lower Holloway but this is one of my favourites. Slightly less focus on South American food these days, but a few favourites remain. A decently priced varied menu (pasta to parrillada) and charming service. Jose the owner had a long career in high end London restaurants and it really shows.

We went to el Rincón for dinner and were very kindly treated by the owner José. Ordered one of the share starters and a main dish each and we couldn't eat another bite afterwards, a great amount of excellent food for a very good price. The starter had chorizo and croquetas that tasted as good as the ones back in Spain. I hear that it is also a popular place to watch football matches on a massive projected screen.
